Manufacturing - Nogales

Agroindustrial Internacional S.A. de C.V., located in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, is the processing and refining facility for SNOI International. Our unique processing and refining techniques produce the purest natural and organic products in the market today.

The facility consists of four Anderson Super Duo expellers, along with state of the art filtering and refining machinery. Our high standards do not permit the use of any treatments that are not 100% natural. Quality Assurance International (QAI) and the Orthodox Union (OU) both recognize our efforts by granting us their organic and kosher certifications.

Our in-house laboratory allows us to maintain a step-by-step monitoring system that ensures the oils are being produced within our strict specifications.

The following is a brief description of the production process: Seed is received and initially weighed. After the weight is taken, the seed is tested for oil percentage and moisture content. If the oil and moisture levels pass our strict standards, the seed is then dropped into a receiving pit where it is directed to the seed cleaning system that has a capacity to clean 5,000 lbs of seed per hour. Next the seed is sent to the expellers where it is cold pressed. The cold-pressed oil is then passed through the filtering system where it is filtered down to one micron, hence producing our distinctive oil. According to our customers' specifications, the oil is then passed through our extensive refining system.
